[Submission] The submission deadline of ACMLC 2021 has
been extended to October 10.

[Schedule] The conference schedule has been changed. The
conference will start on the afternoon of December 8, and the
academic visit to Research Labs in the school of computer
science and engineering, NTU has been replaced with one-day tour
program.
