To participate in ACMLC 2025, at least one author of each paper must register. Each registration entitles only one person to attend the conference and publication of one paper.

Author registration fee must be paid before the registration deadline, otherwise your paper may not be included into the conference proceedings for publication.

Early Bird Registration

Authors who make their payment before June 20 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration fee.

Student Discount

You can enjoy the student discount if you are a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. You're required to send the scanned copy of student identification card to acmlc@iacsitp.com when submitting your registration documents.

Registration Fee

All payments are to be made in USD by Visa/Master Card through the Academic Online Payment System or Bank Transfer.

   Additional Paper: 350 USD / Paper
   Additional Page: 60 USD / Page (over 5 pages)

• Author: For attendees who submitted full papers, both publication & presentation.
• Presenter: For attendees who submitted abstracts, only presentation without publication.
• Delegate: For attendees without paper submission, Neither presentation nor publication.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to acmlc@iacsitp.com and received by June 15, 2025. No refund will be provided after this date. Please note: There will be 30% of the registration fee deducted from each refund.
